We maintain a complete inventory of parts and accessories to repair and maintain your Cycle Country products. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Orders are shipped using U.P.S. FEDEX is available if requested. Shipping rates apply to the continental United States only.

Shipping and Delivery
Cycle Country Accessories Corporation strives to get your product delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. We try to ship all orders received by noon (CST) the same day. Orders received after 12 p.m. ship the next business day. We use UPS as our primary shipper. Heavy and oversized items may ship by commercial carrier and will be noted in the product description. Normal delivery from UPS Ground is 3 - 7 business days.

International Shipping
Shipping cost are for the continental 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii, and International customers should call 1-800-841-2222 or email ccac@cyclecountry.com for a shipping quote.

Returns and Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Cycle Country Accessories Corporation guarantees your satisfaction. If your not happy with the product you purchased, just return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your invoice, and we will refund your money, or exchange it for another product. Your satisfaction is our business. Defective products are covered by the Cycle Country Warranty.

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please call Cycle Country Customer Service at 1-800-841-2222 before returning. If youre returning through the Post Office please insure the product.

Refunds or credit to your account are handled as quickly as possible. We try to process returns and credits within 3 weeks. We will alert you by e-mail as soon as your return is processed.
